Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns & Refunds Window

We offer a **7-day return policy**. You have 7 calendar days from the date of receiving your product package to request a return and refund. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, sealed, and in the same packaging that you received it.
• You must present proof of purchase or order ID.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned package and inspect the quality of the item, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

• Refund will be processed back to your original source of payment (or platform wallet) within 5 to 7 working days.
• In case of cancelled orders approved by admin, refunds are credited instantly back to your wallet ledger.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once marked as **SHIPPED** or **DELIVERED** by the warehouse, cancellations are not allowed, and you must apply for a standard return instead.

4. Damaged Items

If you receive a product damaged during transit, please take photographs and notify us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will initiate a free replacement or full refund.
